CANCELLATION OF COMPLETED ORDERS

Your order starts to process immediately upon submission. PayPal, Credit Card and Merchant fees are charged immediately. If you CANCEL the ORDER by email BEFORE or AFTER a shipping label is generated but BEFORE products are shipped out (SHIPPED) - there is a 10% CANCELLATION FEE DEDUCTED based on the TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE. WHY? PayPal, credit card/merchant fees are charged immediately, pick and pull labor, restocking, database management, shipping label and my time for processing, canceling and corrections. I get charged immediately upon submission. I would be happy to work with you. 

example:

total purchase = $100.00 - the refund will be only $90.00 refunded for cancellation of completed orders. 10% FEE DEDUCTED = $10.00

example:

total purchase = $24.95 - the refund will be only $22.45 refunded for cancellation of completed orders. 10% FEE DEDUCTED = $2.50 (2.495 is rounded up)

 

EXCHANGES / RETURNS

No problem! New unworn hats may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. The product must arrive in "new" condition. Sorry but for the obvious HEALTH and SAFETY reasons: NO WORN OR SOILDED ITEMS can be ACCEPTED BACK. Exchanges/Returns in the original new condition sent will be accepted. CLEAN, NEW, UNWORN! No smoking, no human or pet hairs, no perfume, etc. returns must be sent first class mail to:

All first class mail includes tracking so make sure you hang on to your postal receipt to insure delivery. Refunds will be issued the next business day after items have been received by The Purple Canary. An email of confirmation of the return and refund will be sent to you once completed. Shipping & Handling fees are NON-refundable.

I promise to promptly exchange or refund the merchandise purchase price if you are not totally satisfied for any reason.

Please Contact Me (preferred method e-mail) and/or call (704) 467-1444 (voice mail only). Please be patient I will get back to you. Send ALL the product(s) back the way you received them, a COPY of the ORDER RECEIPT and what you need - information inside. Items in a set must be returned as a set.

All Exchanges/Returns must use some type of DELIVERY CONFIRMATION in order to assure tracking of your shipments, product(s), as I cannot and do not give credit for items that are not received back. You may want to INSURE, to fully cover your exchange/return order. NO COD's accepted. Your return address must be on the outside of the package top left corner.

CREDIT/REFUNDS are processed upon review of the exchanged/returned merchandise, usually within 5 business days. If approved, you will receive a Credit/Refund e-mail to confirm the process and the money will be credited only to the method used as payment. Shipping & Handling Charges and Service Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE on any order. Depending on the cycle of your credit card, your credit should appear on your next 1 or 2 statements. You can directly call your credit card company for immediate balance and credit updates.

DISCOUNT COUPON CODES

All coupon codes must be used at time of purchase by the customer on the website, not afterwards. Only one discount can be used at the time of a single purchase.

Sometimes errors happen, I am only human. Production, fabrics, sewing, packaging or shipping errors can occur. No Problem, I will fix any errors just Contact Me. Mistakes are part of life and made all the time in the course of a business and when I make them I will do my very best to correct the problem, thanks for understanding.
