Shipping & Returns
Payment due at time of order. All items are shipped 3-Day Priority USPS for the sole purpose of tracking information. Once product has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
A flat rate of $8.50 (USA customers only) for USPS 3-Day Priority.
Order(s) can be cancelled up to when shipment label is made (leave a message or send an email).
Custom orders in progress cannot be cancelled.
Please make sure you double check the shipping address before completing the sale.
Once item(s) are shipped, I am not responsible for the shipment going to the wrong address.
All orders within the USA will have a tracking # and it is your responsibility to contact your post office in case of a lost package and/or for further assistance with locating it. Once I mail the package, I have officially completed my responsibility as a seller.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product or if there is a defect, please return unused within 30 days of purchase. For hats that have been worn, there will be no refund issued. Refunds will be done after I receive item(s) back (minus shipping cost).
